The opportunity

University of the Arts London is looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join our exciting ACE Programme on a full-time, 12-month fixed term basis.

The Academic Capacity and Experience Programme is a three-year programme which will develop and implement an academic delivery model that supports the university’s strategic ambitions. The programme aims to provide a robust academic resourcing and management model, to deliver an excellent teaching experience for our students, to support our Research and KE ambitions and to allow the university to grow well.

As a Project Administrator, you will support the implementation of this programme by providing high-quality administrative support to the project team, from early development stage through to implementation, monitoring and evaluation. This will involve working across the university with a range of stakeholders and supporting colleagues to deliver to schedule.

You will undertake a range of administrative duties including diary and mailbox management, meeting support and note taking, as well as maintaining and updating records and documentation.

About you

You will possess significant administrative experience ideally within Higher/Further Education and will also provide previous experience of scheduling and servicing formal meetings, as well as clerking and minute writing.

You will possess excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, and can provide routine oral and written information in a clear and concise way. You must also be able to provide a positive and responsive customer service, along with the ability to deal with demanding customers in a professional manner.

Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications is essential.
