The opportunity

Two roles are available:

The first role will assist with the coordination and delivery of scheduled onsite courses. This primarily will focus on the portfolio of onsite courses at CCW and LCC college sites (Chelsea and Elephant and Castle)

The second role will assist with the coordination and delivery of scheduled onsite courses. This primarily will focus on the portfolio of onsite courses at LCF East Bank (Stratford)

Each role may need to cover all locations at certain times.

Please note some evening and weekend work will be required.  More details will be given during the interview.

About you

We are looking for a motivated and committed individual, to provide a high level of support to the delivery of Short Courses. You will have a knowledge of art and design materials and experience of working independently as part of a busy team, to manage and prioritise your own workload. Good communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

UAL Short Courses (UALSC) is part of the University’s department of Academic Enterprise which leads the University of the Arts London’s commercial educational operations. There are 100 staff and 1,500 hourly paid staff in Academic Enterprise, which is integral to the University’s long-term development.

Its mission is to increase the amount of income generated by the University from non-core teaching and research activities. It includes several successful existing business operations including UAL Short Courses Ltd, AE International (English Language preparation and Study Abroad) as well as UALAT.
