The opportunity

The Lecturer in Stratgic Fashion Marketing Online is responsible for online teaching, curriculum development, and on-going scholarship on the MA Strategic Fashion Marketing Online course. This course is part of the Marketing and Branding Programme in the Fashion Business School at London College of Fashion. The post-holder will work collaboratively within a course team, deploying specialist expertise to develop pedagogy and the curriculum in innovative and critical directions.

You will undertake a teaching programme that provides academic and pastoral support to students, exploring and examining fashion marketing strategy, international business practice, brand management and consumer insights, with a focus on innovative, creative strategies and disruption within fashion business.

Your wider remit will also cover unit management, supporting course leaders in the planning and development of the online curriculum and contributing to research in fashion business, marketing and branding. The role will also include teaching across the Fashion Business School portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

About you

You will need to be a qualified teacher/lecturer with experience in a higher education environment, specifically online with remote students. 

Expertise and experience in marketing and branding related to fashion is essential.  Ideally you will also have extensive experience in working in fashion strategy, consumer insights or extensive experience as an educator in Fashion management/ Marketing/Brand management teaching at Level 6 / Undergraduate Final Year or Level 7/Postgraduate.
