The opportunity
Working alongside senior stakeholders, the Head of Content and Creative will take a key role in shaping brand narrative and key messages and sharing the story of London College of Communication, evidencing and demonstrating the educational, economic and social impact of the College.
You will lead on content strategy to deliver a cohesive and effective programme of initiatives and campaigns that raise the external profile of the College, engage our communities, further develop our brand and enhance our strong global reputation. You will lead specialist teams on the conception, production and delivery of creative and innovative content in a variety of formats, across multiple channels and through events and exhibitions showcasing and programming, ensuring a cohesive narrative in line with our strategic priorities.
You will join a busy, dynamic and friendly department specialising in communications, content, event and exhibitions, and graduate futures.
About you
You will have strong knowledge of content strategy and a solid record at a senior level in external relations with a focus on content management and showcasing, within an institution and sector of similar scale.
You will have knowledge of showcasing and public programming and understanding of audience engagement strategies including local communities, industry, alumni and/or industry.
You will have proven experience in developing, planning, managing and overseeing the delivery of a programme of activities and campaigns and in translating sector subject matter into engaging and compelling content.
You will have practical skills and expertise in end-to-end multi-channel management with a vision for high quality, engaging and accurate creative content.
With extensive experience of stakeholder engagement, you are a strong collaborator with excellent relationship building skills who understands how to work with different departments.
