The opportunity

You will lead an administration service at the London College of Communication focusing on student records and data quality, in addition to leading a team of Programme Administration Managers. You will take lead responsibility for delivering enrolment, data quality, attendance monitoring and for coordinating with our immigration compliance team. Under your management, your programme admin teams will provide excellent administrative and timely support and record maintenance for a portfolio of courses, including the full servicing of formal committees and meetings and ensuring that the University’s academic policies and procedures are communicated and implemented at College level.

You will act as the key point of contact for the entire LCC Academic Registry team in the maintenance of records, systems and reports and will also work collaboratively across UAL to develop best practice in these areas.

About you

We are looking for someone with proven administrative experience in a large and complex organisation – ideally within higher education, who has strong communication skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.  You are able to quickly build strong and positive working relationships with administrative and academic colleagues.

You will have excellent organisational skills and can plan and prioritise a busy schedule of work in order to achieve objectives.  Your track record includes servicing formal meetings, expert use of records systems and databases, together with a commitment to continuous improvement and solving challenges through innovation.  Great problem solving and decision-making skills are crucial.
