The opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to support the development and delivery of research and knowledge exchange staff development training initiatives.

Working as part of UAL’s Research and Knowledge Exchange Staff Development team, the Knowledge Exchange Training Coordinator will be a key point of contact for queries about Knowledge Exchange staff development opportunities. The role holder will support the development and delivery of a growing portfolio of professional development activities, helping to coordinate bespoke resources, training programmes, workshops, events and cross-UAL schemes.

The role is primarily located at our Kings Cross campus, but offers flexibility through hybrid working arrangements (mainly using MS Teams).

About you

The role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied workload, and who has experience of supporting and signposting staff, administering internal schemes, helping to roll out new initiatives, and servicing online and in person events.

You will have experience of providing high quality administrative support and assisting with the delivery of events and/or training opportunities in a fast paced environment. Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, proficient administrative skills and the proven ability to build relationships across a range of people within an organisational setting. Awareness of HEI research and Knowledge Exchange contexts is desirable, but not essential.
