The opportunity
This post will support our content and resources needs across UAL Awarding Body with a view to enhancing our customer experiences, increasing our reach, and delivering our commercial, educational, and social ambitions. It is part of UAL Awarding Body’s Relationships and Insights team which leads our communications and content, events, business development, and research and policy work. The role requires broad visual, design and editing skills for in-house production, but will also draw substantially on working with colleagues and specialist designers and producers for more complex projects. The work done in this role represents an organisation at the cutting edge of creative education, so it requires an ability to innovative and present our educational and social ethos to the highest creative standards.
About you
Competent user of Adobe Creative Cloud software and other relevant creative editing and production software
Creative qualification(s) at Level 4 or above, especially visual and design oriented, or comparable demonstrable experience of creative outputs
Experience editing and producing complex technical content accessibly for different audiences
Understanding of accessibility requirements and best practice in content creation
Experience of creating visual collateral and /or audio outputs for web, digital advertising, social media, print, events. Experience of presenting complex information to audiences in a clear, accessible and creatively appealing way Experience of working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to improve content outputs Experience of working with external contributors and freelancers on production of content and creative outputs Experience of content management systems and producing content and audio-visual outputs in different formats for different channels Evidence of problem solving to progress content production work in a timely and collaborative manner.
