The opportunity
Your main responsibility will be preparation, teaching, administration and assessment of a unit or part of a unit. You will make a significant contribution to the quality of learning and support our students receive in order to enable them to complete their studies successfully.

About you
In your role as a seminar tutor you will be guiding student-led discussions on each week’s topic, screening and/or reading. You will also provide formative feedback on student presentations, designed to help them prepare for their final essays.
The role, which commences in September 2023, requires the leading of seminars one day a week, in addition to undertaking essay marking on a first-year undergraduate unit. Candidates should have completed or be close to completing a PhD, and prior experience of teaching textual analysis of film and television will be of advantage. You will be based at UAL’s campus, the London College of Communication, Elephant & Castle.
