The opportunity

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this post is responsible for managing the development, implementation and review of all systems and processes that support the Awarding Body annual cycle, including the registration and certification of approximately 60,000 students across more than 300 delivery centres in the UK, the annual moderation and external assessment processes.

The System Manager will carry out extensive research as part of their role and use their expertise to implement creative systems, processes and solutions across UAL Awarding Body. They will also routinely make decisions that will improve and support the delivery of the Awarding Body annual cycle. 

 The Systems Manager line manages Operations Officer(s) as required.

About you

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:

Experience of managing and configuring a Learner Management System or other large database.

Experience of planning, developing and implementing systems and processes to meet the needs of a variety of stakeholders.

Experience of project management.

Experience of working across multiple strands of work, including short-term tasks and medium-term project work.

Experience of analysing and presenting complex data and/or information to produce reports.

Desirable:

Project Management qualification
