The opportunity
If you are an experienced and well qualified graphic designer this position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role supporting students at Camberwell College of Arts and Chelsea College of Arts.
You’ll provide expert guidance to enable students to identify and learn appropriate digital design processes, with an emphasis on techniques related to layout, vector graphics, motion and interactive design.
In addition, you’ll need to provide feedback to students, supervise learning activities, and contribute to informal formative assessments, as well as generate appropriate learning materials, liaising with the Studio Manager and regular suppliers and manufacturers.
You’ll also contribute to the planning, development and delivery of learning activities, liaising with Course Leaders and academic staff informally and formally for this purpose.
About you
You’re well qualified with a relevant degree and need experience with the following:
- Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects
- Figma
- Web design tools e.g. Readymag / Webflow
- Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve
- Blender
The ability to understand and explain technical/specialist terms is equally important in order to support teaching and learning.
