The opportunity

We are looking for an organised and collaborative individual to join us as the Business Administrator in the Business and Innovation team at London College of Fashion (LCF).  

London College of Fashion’s Business & Innovation (B&I) team cultivates industry partnerships and links through consultancy, collaboration and innovation projects. The B&I team plays an important role in delivering the College’s Knowledge Exchange strategy, providing platforms for the benefit of our students, graduates and staff to support local and global enterprise, boost economic development and create social value. This professional management service provides LCF staff with seamless professional support to successfully deliver industry engagement projects. As LCF moves to its new home in Stratford, East London, this is an exciting time to join our team and help grow our offer.  

The role of the Business Administrator is to oversee the administration of a portfolio of consultancy projects which bring benefit to our students and graduates. The post-holder will deliver a professional service with excellent attention to detail to support the set-up, monitoring & reporting, and day-to-day running of income-generating projects. This fast-paced role is also key in supporting the running of the Business & Innovation team to ensure it can function to its full potential. The post-holder will provide administrative support to the team’s management for team meetings, reporting, presentations and more.

About you

You will have extensive administrative experience with an ability to juggle a varied workload and work across multiple teams. You will preferably have some experience in a business development environment and an interest in delivering excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
