The opportunity
We are seeking an outstanding, enthusiastic and organized project coordinator for an exciting new research project funded under the AHRC Digital Skills Pilots Call July 2022 (AH/X007510/1). The research project will investigate inclusive approaches to advanced digital research skills for marginalized arts and humanities researchers, with the aim of developing a scalable national or regional pilot.
You will support the UAL Principal Investigator (PI), Co-Investigators, project partners and participants in the fulfilment of project deliverables and outcomes. You will be the key point of contact and liaison for the project team, internal departments and external contacts and networks. You will be responsible for coordinating internal and external project meetings and events, as well as helping the project team to recruit and liaise with project participants. You will also be responsible for booking event catering, rooms, project participants’ travel and accommodation, and providing in situ support to the project team, partners and participants.
About you
This is an opportunity to be at the heart of an important project. Your efforts will have a direct impact on their success. Therefore, you must be self-motivated, experienced, and well informed about inclusion and diversity in arts and related disciplines. You are comfortable juggling priorities and taking the initiative to make things happen. Administrative skills are essential and a relevant qualification would be ideal.
We welcome applications for this post from all qualified candidates and particularly welcome applications from members of minority ethnic groups.
