Programme Admin Manager

The opportunity

This role is responsible for providing a customer focused, proactive, full and comprehensive support for the student journey for a portfolio of growing UAL Creative Computing Institute (CCI) courses. You will lead a team of CCI programme administration staff and manage the provision to deliver an excellent level of student experience and staff support. You will liaise with relevant UAL teams across all colleges and maintain an up to date understanding of UAL procedures and regulations. You will represent the CCI on management and Cross UAL meetings, disseminating information lucidly amongst academic and administrative staff. You will task CCI programme administration staff to organise key processes, including enrolment, assessments and exam boards. 

  

About you

You will have significant relevant administrative experience of working in a fast-paced environment. You will have good leadership and management skills and experience of providing an excellent customer service experience.
