If you offer proven experience of delivering and managing exhibitions this position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development of a lively year-round programme of exhibitions at London College of Communication.

London College of Communication runs an annual programme that showcases the heritage and influence of our students, graduates and staff as well as the future of our diverse disciplines in design, media and screen. The programme aims to attract new audiences, contribute to the positive experiences of our students, graduates and staff, and further build on our external relationships and networks in the relevant creative sectors.

Working closely with the Events and Exhibitions Operations Manager, you will support the development, management and delivery of the college’s hybrid programme of exhibitions, which includes student showcases and research shows.

Your responsibilities will include leading on the organisation and installation of exhibitions and delivering on all operational, logistical and administrative aspects. This will include ensuring the completion of all relevant paperwork, such as risk assessments, method statements, and construction phase plans, as well as monitoring and recording budgets.

You will work collaboratively with the Exhibitions Coordinator, Events Coordinator and Events Administrator as well as key stakeholders such as estates, health and safety advisors, the student union, technical teams and academic teams to facilitate the smooth delivery of exhibitions.

If you have any queries about this role or need any reasonable adjustments for your application, please contact Lesley Wilkins, Resourcing Adviser, lcc.jobs@lcc.arts.ac.uk or telephone: 020 7514 7985
