This calculator gives an illustrative view of the total reward package for the selected job family, including salary and the estimated value of key benefits.
All the information you need to use it can be found in the Job Description for the role you are interested in. To use, select the employing organisation from the drop-down list. This will be the University of the Arts London (UAL), UAL Short Courses (UALSC) or UAL Arts Temps (UALAT). Select the job family listed in the Job Description, and the pay grade for the role. Enter the salary shown in the Job Description or advert. If a salary range is advertised, you can enter any salary within that range to see an estimate of your total reward package.
Figures are provided for guidance only and do not form part of any contractual offer. Actual benefits, pension eligibility and leave entitlement will depend on the terms of your appointment.
The Total Reward Calculator currently applies to full-time employees of the University of the Arts London, Arts Temps and UAL Short Courses staff. For part-time roles, the figures shown can be adjusted on a pro rata basis to reflect contracted hours. The calculator does not currently support term-time only or hourly paid roles. We are working to extend the calculator to include these contract types in the future.
