The opportunity

Join London College of Fashion and University of the Arts London and play a key role providing support to the Dean of School of Design and Technology.
The School of Design and Technology delivers a range of world-leading undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the areas of fashion design and innovation. The Dean is responsible for both the leadership, direction, and day-to-day operations of the school and driving the values of collaboration, sustainability, and activism – shaping the future of the industry, this role is an opportunity to support these responsibilities and priorities.
As a PA, you will provide a confidential secretarial and administrative service, co-ordinate work related meetings and manage the personal office of the Dean, acting as the first point of contact.
You will also provide organisational support to the School Senior Leadership Team.
You will need to deal with confidential issues with a professional approach to all transactions carried out on behalf of the Dean, including the discreet handling of personal and confidential files.
This role is based on site at our East Bank campus.

About you
To be considered for this role you will require:
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite
- Significant relevant office experience
- Significant relevant administrative experience
- Significant experience of working in a supporting role
- Significant experience of writing reports and formatting presentations
- Relevant experience of diary management
- Experience of committee servicing and minute taking
You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to plan and organise your workload and work collaboratively in a team.
