The opportunity
Following the launch of UAL Arts Temps Ltd in April 2021, UAL’s in-house recruitment agency, the team are looking to expand. This is an exciting opportunity to join the business as it plans for growth.
Arts Temps currently manage over 8,500 jobs a year, with a small team of 5. This role is fast paced and requires an individual who can work at pace, with a keen eye for detail.
As an Administrator you will be a key point of contact for clients and candidates, managing a busy inbox with hundreds of queries a day. You will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive administrative processes across different areas of the business are actioned as well as ensuring all administration activity is undertaken in accordance with internal procedures and relevant guidelines.
About you
Experience of working as an Administrator in a fast-paced, regulated environment is essential, as is experience using an ATS or CRM.
Organisation skills are paramount, the successful candidate will have experience managing a demanding workload with conflicting priorities. Alongside being able to convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders.
