The opportunity
You will have oversight of the three Students Desks at Camberwell College of Art, Chelsea College of Art and Wimbledon College of Art, providing excellent, consistent and effective customer service for student enquiries.
You will liaise with support services to provide a joined-up delivery of services and information via Student Desks. You will work to ensure student enquiries are managed and responded to and look at how student communication links to enquiries to preempt student questions via a variety of communication channels.
The role will also connect to and work with Student Enquiries project to feed into improvements and exploring good practice for student enquiries.
About you
You will be able to communicate across different mediums and tailored to different audiences. With your experience in managing enquiries and understanding of the Higher Education sector you will understand the importance of managing student enquiries effectively to ensure a positive student experience.
You will be good at working with other staff in different teams and areas of specialism to support and solve enquiries. You will be able to identify and understand patterns of enquiries to support this through other communications.
