The opportunity
Are you enthusiastic about creating engaging, inclusive, and collaborative learning experiences that help students succeed? We are seeking a committed and passionate individual to join our Academic Support team at Central Saint Martins to design, develop and enhance learning opportunities for all students across the college.
Working collaboratively with other Academic Support Lecturers, course teams, and students you will develop learning experiences that enhance academic engagement, confidence, and attainment across a diverse student community. You will develop and deliver innovative approaches to teaching and learning that enable students to thrive within a creative education. Through your work, you will contribute to creating inclusive learning environments that strengthen student inclusion, engagement, and progression.

Your profile
You will be a collaborative and reflective educator with extensive experience in higher education. You will bring a strong commitment to learning development and study skills for students, and an understanding of the needs of students in creative education. You are motivated by improving student inclusion, engagement, and progression, and are passionate about supporting students to reach excellent educational outcomes. You stay informed about current developments in pedagogic practice and are committed to creating meaningful learning experiences for students from diverse educational, cultural, and international backgrounds. Above all, you will share our commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment in which all students can achieve their potential.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to take part in a teaching exercise online on Wednesday 29th July, and will attend an interview on site, at Central Saint Martins, Kings Cross on Thursday 30th July.
