Are you a highly organised and efficient administrator ready to take the next step in your career at one of the world’s leading creative institutions? University of the Arts London is seeking a Senior Pensions Administrator to join its Pensions team and play a key role in supporting the Pensions Manager in delivering a high-quality, professional and timely service to staff from across the University.
In this role, you will provide a comprehensive pensions service, supporting the day-to-day delivery of key operational duties. You will take responsibility for supervising the Pensions Assistants , ensuring the accurate recording and submission of scheme data to administrators and actuaries. The role also involves leading the preparation and submission of all monthly and annual returns within statutory deadlines, calculating pension estimates for retirements and redundancies, developing internal procedures and managing the processing and authorisation of third-party invoices.
Your profile
You will bring a strong understanding of the Local Government Pension Scheme and Teachers’ Pension Scheme, particularly in relation to information requirements for monthly returns, alongside experience of DC schemes. Knowledge of the Universities Superannuation Scheme, as well as automatic enrolment and re-enrolment processes, is also essential.
In addition to this, you will be an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of leading and motivating a team, setting clear objectives and building positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
