This role will be pivotal in shaping the learning journey of students and guiding them through their degrees from initial enrolment through to graduation.

You will play a critical part in connecting with individuals, understanding their aspirations, and providing key information at timely interventions points to ensure high levels of progression, retention and achievement across all our degrees.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape an evolving team, as well as the experience of UAL Online students. If you love talking with people around the world on a daily basis and believe, like we do, that the world needs creativity, then this could be the role for you.

Your profile

You will possess a Bachelor’s degree, with experience providing academic tutoring to students in higher education.

As a highly self-motivated and proactive individual, you will also be able to work independently, both in-person and remotely.

You are an excellent collaborator with strong interpersonal skills, who thrives in managing a high volume of daily consultative calls and tasks. You will also be capable of multitasking and performing well under pressure while working towards tight deadlines.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to convey complex information clearly and effectively to a diverse, international audience. Your work will help bring UAL Online to life for our students, guiding them through their journey from enrolment to graduation.
