The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PA to play a key role providing vital administrative support to the Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon Colleges of Arts (part of University of the Arts London), executive group.
As a member of the Executive Support Team, you’ll support members of the College Executive Group and wider Senior Leadership Team with diary management, clerking committees/meetings, managing correspondence via email and letters, planning workloads, coordinating travel arrangements and providing ad-hoc administrative support with projects.
Your profile
You’ll need considerable Personal Assistant or senior administrator experience where you have supported leadership roles.
You’ll have a high standard of English language proficiency and an intermediate skill level with O365 including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel and a willingness to learn new systems and tools as part of the role.
You’ll also need significant diary management experience, as well as experience of writing reports and formatting presentations in addition to experience of committee servicing and minute taking.
