The opportunity

We are seeking 4x enthusiastic and proactive Senior Course Support Administrator to join the Academic Registry Course Support Service on a fixed‑term basis for 24 months.

Based at one of our colleges, you will work closely with the Assistant Head of Course Support to provide enhanced administrative support for a designated portfolio of courses. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of course operations, supporting both staff and students, and contributing to continuous improvement across the service.

Your profile

Experience

  • As a Senior Course Support Administrator, you will be highly organised and proactive, acting as the primary point of contact for course support across a designated portfolio and ensuring a consistently high-quality service.
  • You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • You will manage a team of Course Support Administrators and oversee key administrative processes, including monitoring HPL contracting, cross-programme units and course-level communications.
  • You will also coordinate course-level activity and work closely with academic teams and professional services colleagues across finance, staffing, Student Services and Digital Learning to ensure effective coordination and compliance
