The opportunity

We are looking for a self-organised and customer service oriented person to be responsible for running a high-quality on-site equipment loan service, assisting with the planning, preparation and distribution of equipment and related consumables.


You will be responsible for administrating the related online system, inventorying resources, organizing daily intakes and outgoings and liaising with the technical coordinator to ensure timely maintenance and servicing.

Your profile

You will have the ability to provide an inclusive and welcoming student experience, but also have a good solid background knowledge of general equipment related to creative computing, audio-visual applications, art, design and exhibitions.


You will be able to provide advice and support on equipment to the students using the service. You will be part of the team contributing to the planning of new equipment and expenditure.


This role involves manual handling and moving of equipment within the facility and will require some lifting of heavy items such as lighting kits and photo/ video equipment.
