The opportunity

University of the Arts London (UAL) is seeking to appoint x2 Estates Business Administrators.


Reporting to the Estates Administration Manager, each Estates Business Administrator will provide essential administrative support by managing diaries, coordinating meetings, handling enquiries, and maintaining office procedures, including overseeing the King’s Cross hybrid office space. They will act as the first point of contact for visitors, support the Estates Helpdesk during busy periods, and cover for absent team members. The role also includes financial administration tasks such as processing purchase orders and invoices, managing supplier setup, and overseeing credit card and expenses, while collaborating closely with various internal teams and external contractors.



 

 


 

Your profile

To succeed in this role, the candidate will possess relevant administrative experience in a dynamic environment. They will have strong IT skills, particularly with MS Office, and be comfortable using accounts software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work accurately with attention to detail. The ideal candidates will be a self-motivated team players with good organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and working flexibly. Experience in customer service and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be valuable in these roles.
