London College of Fashion, UAL is a world-leader in fashion education. The purpose of this role is to coordinate a range of marketing and promotional activities aimed at supporting student recruitment at London College of Fashion (LCF). The post holder will work in a wide range of areas relating to student recruitment, such as marketing and advertising activity, the delivery of online and in-person recruitment events, school and college liaison projects, and enquiry management.
The role holder will need to develop a strong knowledge of London College of Fashion and our course provision so that they can effectively promote us to potential students and answer queries about our offer. They will also work closely with colleagues and other teams across UAL, building strong relationships and working to ensure that all our student recruitment and marketing activity meets our recruitment objectives.
Your profile
Deliver marketing campaigns that support conversion between key recruitment touch points, including enquiry, Open Day visits, application, offer and enrolment. Campaigns to include targeted emails, print, rich content and more.
Deliver student recruitment plans and campaigns, including conversion and enquirer activity for all fee statuses and study levels.
Analyse data provided by marketing platforms including Google Analytics, email and event marketing platforms, as well as our own enquirer and applicant data, to inform future campaigns.
Work with external suppliers including designers and external media agencies to produce, deliver and monitor effective and engaging print and digital advertising campaigns, marketing collateral and more to support the College’s student recruitment objectives.
Create and source visual content (images, video, design work) for use on all marketing platforms including the website, printed materials, email, and third-party channels.
Generate original, engaging copy for a variety audiences and channels, including email, social media, web and print.
Deliver high-quality, student recruitment events throughout the year including Open Days and Offers Days for both home and international audiences, at pre-degree, undergraduate and postgraduate level. These will be online and in-person.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including School Deans, Programme Directors, Course Leaders, external suppliers and central UAL colleagues to ensure all events are effectively staffed and meeting key objectives.
Ensure marketing data relating to student recruitment events (attendance figures, survey responses) is accurately and systematically recorded and used to support future plans.
Attend and represent LCF at recruitment exhibitions, schools and colleges across the UK in collaboration with UAL’s Student Marketing and Recruitment team.
Deliver presentations and materials as required to schools, colleges and other audiences on LCF and our course provision.
Maintain a strong knowledge of LCF and our course provision to effectively advise potential students.
Adhering to turnaround times set out in our service level agreement, respond to digital queries from prospective LCF students, in a highly customer-focused, friendly, and efficient way.
Assist with market research and data analysis to support marketing planning and evaluation.
Develop relationships with colleagues across UAL, such as Internal & External Relations, SMRA etc. so that collaborative marketing and communication initiatives can be delivered to raise the profile of the College, support student recruitment and ensure a joined-up approach to our activity.
