Are you an experienced communicator who understands how impactful communications, clear processes and effective systems come together to create a seamless applicant journey?
We’re looking for a Communications & Engagement Manager (Prospective Students) to join our Student Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions team at University of the Arts London (UAL).
In this role, you’ll lead the delivery and continual improvement of our applicant communications from application through to enrolment. You’ll plan and evaluate campaigns that engage and convert prospective students, ensuring all communications across UAL are on-brand, inclusive and compliant.
You’ll play a key part in maintaining and evolving our CRM solutions and practices, including overseeing the effective use and development of supporting systems and technologies, working with colleagues across marketing, admissions and student systems.
Managing a small, talented team, you’ll balance creativity with operational precision; shaping the messages and mechanisms that connect future students to one of the world’s leading creative universities.
Your profile
You will have:
- Experience developing, delivering and analysing engagement or conversion campaigns.
- A good understanding of digital communication platforms and engagement systems.
- The ability to apply data insights to improve communications and user experience.
- Excellent copywriting skills with attention to tone, clarity and inclusivity.
- Experience working collaboratively across teams to deliver coordinated activity.
