The opportunity
You will be providing effective and professional administrative support to the Director of the Creative Computing Institute (CCI), including the day-to-day management of the Director’s diary and overseeing office operations, systems and processes, with an emphasis on the development of digital approaches that enable greater efficiency. You will take a proactive role in providing full administrative support to Director’s priority projects, engaging with the full breadth of the Institute and working across UAL with colleagues in colleges and central services.Your profile
You will be educated to Degree level or equivalent relevant experience with significant administrative experience working with senior level and/or high-profile individuals, as a personal or executive assistant.
Proficient in MS Office (Office 365 including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive); you will have experience of co-ordinating senior level meetings; demonstrating the ability to write accurate notes with attention to detail. You will have administrative experience in a large or complex organisation or education, preferably Higher Education (desirable) and experience of project work and planning to deadlines.
