Central Saint Martins, University of Arts London is looking for a full-time Project Coordinator to join us permanently. The role involves providing administrative, operational, and business development support to the CSM Innovation team. This includes managing new client enquiries, delivering excellent customer service, and working closely with business development managers to maximise client engagement.
Key responsibilities include assisting with the coordination of Sponsored Student Projects, Graduate Consultancy, and Academic Consultancy, organising meetings, taking notes, and supporting the creation of client proposals and promotional materials. The role also supports day-to-day project operations, liaises with academic teams, manages client access to facilities, and ensures accurate tracking of sales and pipeline data.
Additionally, the role involves assisting with operational processes for student, graduate, and academic projects, ensuring compliance with UAL policies. It includes coordinating financial and legal aspects of projects, managing press and publicity materials, and working with the marketing team to create client case studies and highlight stories for various communication channels. The position also provides ad hoc administrative and project support across the CSM Innovation team, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and facilitating internal feedback and reporting.
Your profile
The ideal candidate should hold an undergraduate degree or a relevant qualification, with experience in client-facing, sales-driven environments. This includes client liaison, providing administrative support, and the ability to work proactively. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to effectively convey information orally, in writing, or through visual media. The role also requires the ability to plan, prioritise, and organise work efficiently to meet objectives within deadlines.
Teamwork is crucial, as the candidate will need to collaborate effectively within a team and, when necessary, across different professional groups. A focus on providing excellent student or customer service is required, ensuring a positive and responsive experience. Additionally, the role demands creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills, using initiative to address challenges and deliver solutions.
