The opportunity
Procurement is a dynamic team that reaches across the entire portfolio of spend within the university. We are looking for someone with experience in both Public Contract Regulations and Private Sector experience. You will bring an appetite to drive change and innovation, and a desire to support the drive to become a social purpose university.
About you
Having worked hard to achieve your MCIPS accreditation, or working towards the qualification you’ll want to demonstrate how you can deploy your skills at UAL and enhance the university’s reputation. You will be responsible for the overall category strategy for Professional Services and Academics, as well as getting experience across the wider categories including Digital & Technology, and Estates.
With your proven procurement experience you can help us to deliver the strategic procurement and supporting our strategy and objectives to be a social purpose university.
If you enjoy developing great stakeholder relationships, delivering value for money and mitigating risk, whilst ensuring a culture of compliance with legislative requirements and UAL’s governance structures and Standing Financial Orders this is the perfect opportunity for you.
