The opportunity
Are you passionate about empowering students and graduates to succeed in their creative careers? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Employability Educator to join University of the Arts London’s (UAL) Careers and Employability (CE) team for an 11-month parental leave cover role. In this role, you’ll create and deliver innovative employability resources, workshops, and events to help students pursue careers they love.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with Employability Practitioners and the broader C&E team to create innovative extracurricular learning opportunities. You’ll help students and graduates prepare for their careers through practical, engaging resources and workshops tailored to the creative industries.
About you
You will bring a deep understanding of student career development and experience in managing multiple projects. Your ability to engage a diverse student body is crucial, as is your expertise in delivering and facilitating impactful workshops, events and creating resources—both in-person and digitally.
If you thrive independently and collaboratively, excel at project support or management, and can work across UAL colleges in London, this role could be perfect for you! Join us and shape the future careers of UAL’s creative community.

Our recruitment process involves: Application, Shortlisting, Interview and Assessment, Offer, Onboarding.
We understand the benefits of using AI in work. But, if you are thinking of using it to submit an application, we ask you to think about what value it adds.
