The opportunity

Are you an experienced administrator? Are you well organised, and keen to develop your career further in a world leading institution?

Join London College of Fashion and University of the Arts London and play a key role providing support to the Dean of School of Media and Communication.

The School of Media and Communication provides undergraduate and postgraduate courses in all areas of Fashion Media, Communication and Performance.

As a PA, you will provide a confidential secretarial and administrative service, co-ordinate work related meetings and manage the personal office of the Dean, acting as the first point of contact.

You will also provide organisational support to the School Senior Leadership Team.

You will need to deal with confidential issues with a professional approach to all transactions carried out on behalf of the Dean, including the discreet handling of personal and confidential files.

About you

To be considered for this role you will require:

  • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite
  • Significant relevant office experience
  • Significant relevant administrative experience
  • Significant experience of working in a supporting role
  • Significant experience of writing reports and formatting presentations
  • Relevant experience of diary management
  • Experience of committee servicing and minute taking

You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to plan and organise your workload and work collaboratively in a team.
