The opportunity

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in the dynamic and fast-paced environment of a large University-wide Academic Registry? We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team and support the efficient operation of key functions including financial and staff planning, operational planning, staff development, and communication.

As a key player in our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the introduction and management of new, streamlined systems and processes to enhance our operations. You will work closely with the Academic Registrar and senior management team to drive small to medium projects and initiatives forward, making a real impact on the success of our organization.

About you

If you hold administrative experience in financial management, staffing, staff development, project management, or event coordination in a similar setting but not limited to an educational environment then we encourage you to apply for this central role in a dynamic academic environment and be part of our team.

We are seeking a collaborative team player who can work effectively with diverse professional groups while upholding principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, alongside –
– Effective planning, prioritization, and organizational skills to meet objectives within set timelines.
– Ability to use own initiative and creativity to solve day-to-day challenges effectively.
– Strong numeracy skills, where direct financial experience would be considered a strong asset.
