The opportunity
Looking for support while you develop your practice as an early-career creative? Join us as an Alumni Fellow and gain practical experience while earning a Higher Education Assistant Technician apprenticeship.
We’re seeking UK Art and Design graduates to become Alumni Fellows. This role combines hands-on experience with professional development. You’ll contribute to our studio and workshop culture, inspiring and supporting students as they develop their creative practices.
As a peer and mentor, you’ll help students navigate their creative journeys and understand the professional world. Simultaneously, you’ll build your own expertise by working alongside experienced technicians, bridging the gap between students and staff.
About you
Eligibility for this role requires you to hold a BA in an Art, Design, or Performance related field of study. You’ll also need to have the right to work in the UK for the duration of this role. UAL are unable to act as visa sponsors for this position. You must also meet the full apprenticeship eligibility criteria which can be found on the FAQ’s of our apprenticeships careers site including having been ordinarily resident in the UK for the last 3 years.
If you have good communication skills, coupled with strong planning, organising, and teamwork skills we encourage you to explore this role further.
