Due to recent internal and external promotions and departures, we are seeking to recruit 4 Resourcing Advisers to work across our 3 teams that cover our Central Departments as well as Colleges to deliver a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates. 

Working with hiring managers, you will administer the recruitment process, which includes job advertising, managing applications and organising interviews, whilst advising on the application of relevant recruitment policies and procedures for the end-to-end process.

You will also draft all recruitment correspondence and ensure documentation is up to date throughout the process, along with maintaining and producing reports from our ATS (Oleeo), ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.

About you

We value the diversity of experience our staff bring with them, and our resourcing professionals come from a variety of sectors. Key to this role will be your significant relevant administrative experience of working in a fast-paced customer focused environment.

You will have relevant experience combined with awareness of UKVI and employment legislation.

Experience of using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), HR systems (preferably iTrent) and an ATS (preferably Oleeo) is also required.

Equally important will be your effective communication and organisational skills, and a collaborative approach.
