The opportunity
Are you a wordsmith with a passion for creating compelling stories and driving engagement? We are looking for a Content Marketing Executive with exceptional writing skills to join our dynamic new team and help us develop our content for an exciting new suite of online courses.
UAL Online is an innovative new division which has been established to enable access to the university’s world leading creative arts education to audiences around the globe. We plan to launch a suite of new, fully online degree courses starting from 2025 and we need your help to tell our story.
Our Content Marketing Executive is a newly created role that will support our marketing and recruitment teams in the acquisition of online learners for our degree courses and our student support team in the progression and retention of students through to graduation.
Your role will be pivotal in crafting compelling content that brings our courses to life for potential applicants and enhances the experience of our online students. You will develop and execute all elements of content plans, creating engaging content for global multi-channel marketing and communication efforts. Your responsibilities will span conducting research, handling copywriting and asset production, and managing relationships with external agencies.
Collaboration is key at UAL Online, and you will work closely with internal teams across research, student support, and course design to ensure a seamless experience for our students.
About you
We are seeking candidates who hold an undergraduate degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field, along with demonstrated experience in content creation. This includes a strong background in copywriting for both traditional print and digital platforms, proficiency in video production, and the ability to design engaging assets. Your commitment to maintaining high-quality content will be evident through your exceptional proofreading skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills to leverage performance data for content optimisation, excellent project and time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential.
